Recently, I heard a case of visa fraud and the victim was my neighbor’s relative. He told me that one of his relative want to immigrate to the UK. He hired a consultant for getting a visa. He was so impressed with the consultant because the consultant provided him a visa without much problem and charged him a little bit of high price. But all of his dreams turned into a nightmare when instead of flying to the UK, he went in prison and government filled a case against him. He is being charged of producing fake documents. He is still fighting in this case and has wasted so much money just because of producing fake documents.

I don’t understand why people take it so lightly. It’s not related with your visa only. You are immigrating to somewhere and in this whole process two countries are being involved. It is not that much easy as you think. Why one should not submit original information needed? The result will be rejection of your application only, but you will not be entitled to be prisoner.

I just want to make aware the people who are preparing to immigrate somewhere, please be educated about everything related with visas like is the consultant company is registered or not? , how many years of experience do they have? Are you submitting the original information needed? Because it is your life, don’t ruin it.
